Awesome

Packaging arrived damaged, wheel axle end scratched, took pictures and filmed unboxing video, no response from quickpro customer service at all. This was my first time trying quickpro, and despite many positive things I’ve heard, this experience doesn’t inspire much confidence for the future.

Update to my review: quickpro reached out promptly and apologized that they did not see my email earlier. They issued a monetary compensation for the damage to help replace the freehub in the future. Cant give 5 stars because the decals shown on the website are of an older version and not available anymore, the version now has smaller black decals with no shine effect.
